This is so true. I drink one alcoholic beverage and I bloat up. I can’t touch sugar. I can hike 10 miles a day lift weights 5 days a week. One chocolate chip cookie STALLS my weight loss. I haven’t had a drink in 40 days and I do feel better. You can see alcohol on people’s faces and dehydrated skin. Great article.
